It all depends what you have.

If you have spider veins, the most common treatment for them is sclerotherapy.

If you have varicose veins, the treatments can vary between ultrasound guided sclerotherapy whereby an ultrasound is used to guide injections, an endovenous laser ablation, phlebectomy (to get to those bulging veins) or even glue treatment.

Most commonly it is a mixture of treatments, starting from the biggest veins to the smallest veins.
