How to Stop Compression Stockings from Sliding Down

Play Video

So, how do you stop them from sliding down?

One of the commonest issues of wearing compression stockings is that they do not stay up. Specifically above knee that usually sit just above the mid thigh and under the bottom.

Everyone’s leg is built differently so even custom fitted stockings may have the same issues.

One way to help with this is wearing bicycle shorts on top of the compression stockings, some what holding it up from mid thigh to waist. Many women may also be aware of garments like “Spanx” equivalents that can be useful too.
