While they’re usually painless, spider veins can really impact your self esteem.
Thankfully, we offer a number of non-surgical ways to painlessly remove spider veins, allowing you to regain confidence in your skin. Spider veins (also known as telangiectasias) are small damaged veins coloured blue, red or purple that are visible just under the skin’s surface. They’re called “spider veins” because they often resemble a spiderweb.
At Doctor Vein we have successfully treated patients with spider veins on their legs, arms and face. Patients have told us they have spent years trying to hide their spider veins to be absolutely amazed by the immediate results of our treatments. You can literally see the spider vein disappear before your eyes with sclerotherapy injections.

About Spider Veins
While spider veins are generally painless, they can be an early indicator of future venous (vein) issues. At Doctor Vein we pride ourselves in treating both the symptom and the cause, therefore our spider vein treatments are performed by Dr Param who will also investigate the underlying causes of your spider veins.
Our process is simple. During an initial consultation with Dr Param he will examine the affected area/s and perform a duplex ultrasound to determine the internal condition of the veins. He will then provide you with a targeted treatment plan, advising the number of treatments required and a cost breakdown. Our friendly reception staff will work with you to find a time that suits you best for treatments.
If spider veins are making you self-conscious or causing you to hide your legs and face, call Doctor Vein on (03) 9781 0646 to discuss how we can help.
